From a young age, I remember my mum and nans always in the kitchen preparing traditional cultured food.
This inspired me to become a chef.
Leaving school and becoming a chef. My passion for food grew even more.
Over the years, working in different food establishments. I saw food in a different light and started creating food with difference.
I have always made homemade edible gifts for family and friends, which they all really enjoyed.
So, my passion for food turned, into creating preserves with Caribbean inspired flavours. With my family background being from Barbados and St Kitts, it was important for me, that everything I produced had a piece of my culture within it.
